Maddy is a Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach, a Pilates trainer, a TEDx Speaker and a healthy recipe creator.
She’s the Founder of 10 days to a FIT BODY & a FRESH MIND: an online program that combines fitness, food & mindfulness in a way that respects the body, calms the mind and nourishes the soul.
Maddy believes that the healthiest food is to be found in nature and that the answer to a healthier, happier life lies in learning how to cook simple foods we enjoy. It´s through her personal struggles with disordered eating, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Candida that Maddy developed a keener interest in Nutrition and studied at the Institute For Integrative Nutrition in New York.
Today she helps others overcome their issues by empowering to trust their gut in finding what works best for them. She recently shared her story in a TEDx talk titled “why trusting your gut is the best diet".
