This is our favorite overnight oats recipe. Made with just a handful of ingredients, it takes less than 2 minutes to make!
Overnight oats are the perfect breakfast for those morning where you feel a bit rushed or just want a boost of energy. Packed with fibers and nutrients, they are great served with berries during summer but taste amazing with nuts & cacao nibs during the colder months.
- ½ cup of oats
- ½ cup milk (you can use regular milk or use almond or coconut milk)
We like to use fresh or frozen berries, nuts and seeds but also a bit of agave syrup or almond butter to sweeten everything!
Simply combine all of your ingredients into a mason jar or a food container and store in the fridge overnight.
Simply serve with your favorite toppings!
These overnight oats can be made in a batch in kept in the fridge for up to 3 days!
